When populating the PERF INIT page, do you enter BLK fuel or TOF in the <plan> field?
Always put Block Fuel in, once you have finished fueling you can always delete it.
The FMC will only show whats in the fuel tanks. I suppose it adds a gross error check to fuel on board, personally I try not to put a plan fuel figure in, but then i am a keep it simple person. |
The only time I ever bother with that is if I want a TOM for the perf. and the fueller hasn't finished.
The biggest risk is that if you end up being overfuelled, the TOM is based off your plan fuel entry, not FOB. |

The threat is forgetting to delete it! The performance will be based on that figure.
No it won't the perf. calculation will be based on the actual TOM.
