minimum visibility requirrements

Can anyone tell me what would be the minimum visibility requirement to land a B737-800 at Dakhla Airport (VIL, GMMH)? i.e. how bad would it have to be to entitle an airline to cancel a flight using bad weather as an excuse, thus escaping liability to compensate passengers under Regulation 261/2004?

Depending on their OPS manual, lighting available and many other factors, the airport information can be found here.

Not sure that's exactly the point of this forum. You're asking professional pilots to confirm whether or not you're entitled to compensation, which isn't their job either. There are hundreds of lawyers that can do this for you now so perhaps go down that route. Failing that, become a professional pilot and work it our for yourself.

Can the mods start banning this sort of post (and by extension, user) as we'll just become inundated with them. This isn't a professional question, therefore it isn't welcome?

2100 m is reasonably close to the target.
