I think the ANR has something to do with it. Before I started using one I could always tell if the other pilot’s speaker was turned up but now I don’t notice it at all |
To be clar gents, having the apeaker on while using the headset isn't a problem, as much as an annoyance. It's more like all the radio comms sound just a bit off. Someone earlier mentioned ANR + speaker. I've seen this done. One guy prefers ANR, the other prefers the speaker. If you turn off the headset audio, no problem communicating. I imagine we'll see a bit more of this with the new Bose headset that's due to be released any time now. |
