N1 overspeed in CFDS report
 

I met problem N1 OVER SPEED shown on PFR in A321ceo, of course techlog has been entried by crew. However the value N1 over speed is not very high, just around 100.9-101 or around. According to manual, this value need time recorded for evaluation. crew survey indicated wouldnt calculate. I wonder if we can read ENG TAKE-OFF REPORT to get the time or must read from DFDR or QAR. If ENG TAKE-OFF REPORT is avail then how to know?
Anyone know discuss with me?
