What's the difference between 747-400 and A340-300 flaps?
 

Hello again, please could someone enlighten me with the difference between the 747-400 and the A340-300 Flaps?

There is an excellent chance that the 747 flaps are bonded to the airframe and if the A-340 follows the same design concept as the A-310 the flaps are most likely not bonded to the airframe.

The -400 has triple slotted kruger flap set up, giving a larger increase (% wise) in surface area by comparison. (Result of more sweep I suppose)
Airbus is all hydraulic, -400 LE are preumatic.
-400 partial LE retraction on reverve thrust application (inbd and midspan) due design (can't remember the name, but they just fold out instead of slide out.

Lots of smaller differences from a handling point of view, but that's all I can think of fo now.

Isn't a Krueger a non-slotted flap?

On the 747-400, the 3 (per wing) Inboard LE flaps are well-known as Kruegers. These are non-slotted. The (5) Midspan and (6) Outboard are known as Variable Camber and do have slots (air gaps between the wing and the flap).
