Mongolia METAR specifics
Could anybody help me decode Ulan Bator (ZMUB) last part of METAR - after QFE. I tried Jeppesen Meteo section and pprune search - no result.

QFE/QNH in mmHg: divide thru 3, multiply by 4 = QFE/QNH in hPa/mBar.

I was asking for text after that: two numbers and MOT/NT/ESE CM.

just guessing, but the 2digit number could be relative humidity in %. no idea on the acronyms thereafter, seems to be a russian/eastern thing

Could be the 2/3-letter code of the person(s) responsible for issuing the METAR.
They do that in Brasil as well. |

I was flying this time to and from ZBAA and we were so surprised these acronyms too! There are not such acronyms in our Russian documents Any ideas would be greatly appreciated Safe flights |
