A320 Simulator Manoeuvres

I am a newbie planning A320 TR. I witnessed one sim session. I understood manoeuvres like Windhsear after takeoff, Windshear during Approach, TCAS, GPWS,
Go Around AEO and Engine Failure during Go Around. However what I couldn't grasp well is cleanup. Eg once aircraft comes out of Windhsear how should I clean up aircraft. I would like to know the sequence like taking flaps, gear, speed, Auto Thrust, FDs, Auto Pilot etc. I get confused. Can somebody help me with some write up like this...

Windhsear after Takeoff
1. Windhsear TOGA
2. Follow SRS Guidance
3. No change in configuration until out of Windhsear
4. Once out o Windhsear
5. Disconnect A/Thrust if in TOGA LOCK
6. Retard thrust lever to CL
7. A/Thrsut on
8. Manage speed
9. Manage Nav
10. Auto Pilot ON

For all these manoeuvres

I use the unreliable speed thrust and attitude and take it from there, its a stable means to get started, then I would probably request to arm A/T FD/AP ON before I manage anything, so I can sort out what speed and direction and altitude I want to fly, you'll be on basic mode, HDG VS, that way you wont have to give so many commands to the PM.

Don't try the hard stuff first; get the basics and the rest will follow.

You don't necessarily have to "grasp" it now, your instructors will (hopefully) explain it to you.

Whenever you select TOGA thrust, you don't have Autothrust. The act of pulling the thrust levers back to CLB detent activates the Autothrust.

Once out of the shear:

Announce "Positive climb" (or your after lift off call) and clean up exactly as per a TOGA takeoff.

1) Positive rate/climb
2) Gear up
3) Above the acceleration altitude you will get LVR CLB
4) Select CLB detent
5) CLB mode engages (as does THR CLB & A/THR)
6) Above F or S retract flaps
7) Note the time, position and altitude for you report

If the shear doesnt trip off the AP or A/THR it will be that easy.

If it happens on approach, after you're out of the shear:

1) Call "Go around, flaps!" (Or your company call)
2) PM retracts one stage of flaps
3) PF calls the FMA
4) Positive climb, gear up
5) Above acceleration altitude.. Exactly as per takeoff scenario.

If in TOGA LK, A/THR is just commanding TOGA for you.

If you want something different (once out of shear):

1) Turn A/THR off (with the PB).
2) Manually select the thrust you want (usually CL THR I.e CLB detent but can be TOGA, MCT or any lesser setting)
3) If you want A/THR again (the normal selection), just re-arm it on the FCU
4) Confirm A/THR is white on the FMA

AP may be engaged any time after you return to a normal attitude... Usually**

TSIO540
LVR CLB flashes above THR RED altitude and not above ACC ALT. At ACC ALT CLB phase engages and speed target changes to 250kts.
