Have a look on the website of Avsoft. Several types of the ATR available.

You can buy 100hrs for 299USD. If you take screenshots you will have the CBT forever;-).
I was happy with them.

About ATR 72, what is maximum landing capability certified for LVO? Can it perform CAT 3 operations?
What are the minimums for LVTO on this type?
