When there is runway with multiple RVR measurements the required RVR shall
be:
1. For 2 (two)measurements:
First part as per landing minima;
End of runway as per takeoff minima.

2. For 3 (three) measurements (usually when runway is more than 2000m length):
First part as per landing minima;
Middle part as per take off minima;
End of runway should be taken into account for information.

Then of course you have to account for runway lighting facilities.

ANyway yes you're partially right..I was tired and I wrote what stated in my OM ( just for few more days...LOL)...anyway is a JAA/Easa Operator...:p

Where canI fnd the reference to the 60 kts? I always understood "relevant" as being able to come to standstill.

(f) The touch-down zone RVR is always controlling. If reported and relevant, the mid point and stop end RVR are also controlling. The minimum RVR value for the mid-point is 125 m or the RVR required for the touch-down zone if less, and 75 m for the stop-end. For aeroplanes equipped with a roll-out guidance or control system, the minimum RVR value for the mid-point is 75 m.

Note: “Relevant”, in this context, means that part of the runway used during the high speed phase of the landing down to a speed of approximately 60 knots.

VISUAL REFERENCES FOR INSTRUMENT APPROACH OPERATIONS
(a) NPA, APV and CAT I operations
At DH or MDH, at least one of the visual references specified below should be distinctly visible and identifiable to the pilot:
(1) elements of the approach lighting system;
(2) the threshold;
(3) the threshold markings;
(4) the threshold lights;
(5) the threshold identification lights;
(6) the visual glide slope indicator;
(7) the touchdown zone or touchdown zone markings;
(8) the touchdown zone lights;
(9) FATO/runway edge lights; or
(10) other visual references specified in the operations manual.

You're quoting the AMC.
The actual regulation is:

CAT.OP.MPA.305 Commencement and continuation of approach

(a) The commander or the pilot to whom conduct of the flight has been delegated may commence an instrument approach regardless of the reported RVR/VIS.
(b) If the reported RVR/VIS is less than the applicable minimum the approach shall not be continued:
(1) below 1 000 ft above the aerodrome; or
(2) into the final approach segment in the case where the DA/H or MDA/H is more than 1 000 ft above the aerodrome.
(c) Where the RVR is not available, RVR values may be derived by converting the reported visibility.
(d) If, after passing 1 000 ft above the aerodrome, the reported RVR/VIS falls below the applicable minimum, the approach may be continued to DA/H or MDA/H.
(e) The approach may be continued below DA/H or MDA/H and the landing may be completed provided that the visual reference adequate for the type of approach operation and for the intended runway is established at the DA/H or MDA/H and is maintained.
(f) The touchdown zone RVR shall always be controlling. If reported and relevant, the midpoint and stopend RVR shall also be controlling. The minimum RVR value for the midpoint shall be 125 m or the RVR required for the touchdown zone if less, and 75 m for the stopend. For aircraft equipped with a rollout guidance or control system, the minimum RVR value for the midpoint shall be 75 m.

Again I coudn't find nothing that relate RVR for APP with RVR require for TO ! :ugh:

If in CAT I the reported RVR are 600/200/200 what is the problem? I can go, also if my RVR require for TO is 400 !

I'm missing something ?

So I have concluded,

The regulations allow 550/125/75, our OMA states the same so that is what I will apply and train in the future.
