What is an SRS mode , where v2 speed will be stabilized only at v2+10 ( Which is flight Director reference speed) . what exactly is dis ? can somebody explain dis ?

In SRS the FDs maintain V2+10 in two engine or V2 or current speed limited to V2+15 in single engine similarly at go around it will maintain the speed at engagement or Vapp whichever higher limited to Vls+25 in two engine and V2+15 in engine out configuration.

SRS = Speed Reference System. Its orders are referenced to the speed to maintained. Maintain your FDs and your speed will be as explaned by villas.
