Restricted ILS

NOTAM for WAAA says the ILS is restricted (due to terrain i believe). What is the restriction? |

Thanks for the reply, but i've seen that one too. I am wondering what the restrictions are on the ILS as in NOTAM A0540/13

There was a notam before specifing some bearings after which loc was subject to errors, maybe they implemented it in the aip
