777 ident page on cdu

I was jumpseating on a 777 yesterday and recalled that when the co-pilot checked the CDU preflight, on the IDENT page, the line under model said 777-200.3

Now different boeing types have different model numbers as the 737-800 I'm flying now has the model ident of 737-800W.2 but on the 777, doesn't -200 mean -200, -200.1 mean -200ER, -200.2 mean -200LR and -200.3 mean -200F? I'm pretty sure I was on a 777-200ER and not on a freighter! Does the .3 behind the -200 mean some special features? I'm pretty sure the engine rating was standard RR Trent 892 so it can't be a derate option. Any ideas on what the .3 might be for? Didn't get a chance to ask the pilots as it was a 1 hour hop.

Also can anyone give me some examples of how the different numbers behind the point represent different models across the Boeing fleet? Just curious since I don't have a FCOMs for the whole boeing fleet except the 737 I'm flying obviously.

777-200.2 is 777-200LR,
777-200.3 is 777-200ER with extended forward CG
777-300.2 is 777-300ER with enhanced performance

F is shown on the Ident page for freighters, at least on the 744's.

E.g. "747-400F" (standard freighter), "747-400F.1" (ERF), etc

Anyone seen a 747-400 Combi Ident Page?
