B2 licence

i cleared all my EASA B2 modules...now i want to apply for licence..so i want to know like how many years practical experience is reqd. to apply for the licence?and how to apply?plz help me out....

thanx spanner.......one mor thing..is the same applicable fr the defence personal also....as in defence there is no log book entry...
