Airway RNAV requirement
Its easy enough to check the RNAV requirements of a specific approach, but where can I check the RNAV requirement of an airway?
In the NAV GEN it states En-route continental as being RNAV 5, If I have an unable RNP alert for some reason I would need to tell ATC and get placed onto an airway without RNP alerting requirements. How do I see it the airway has the requirement or not? |
Where are you operating?

Worldwide…use LIDO charts…can't find a marking giving RNAV requirement on LIDO…Jepp has a small box and number…

Source:- LIDO - Legends and Tables
"The airway type can be either conventional or RNAV. RNAV airways will be labelled either with "R" or the RNP value, if applicable eg:RNP 5." Its in a small circle beside the airway name eg: UL131 ⑤ |
Thanks :) I'm useless couldn't find it…
