Airbus recomendación PNF joystick hands position

Hello guys, we have a discussion about the Airbus recommendations about the hands position for PNF during Take Off and Landing. It seems that exist an Airbus recommendation for the PNF to put the hand on the joystick only during take off and remove it the rest of the flight, using the radio/Int switch instead of the PTT. Does anybody know if this is true or not? In case this is affirmative, please, could you tell me where can AI find it? Thank you very much.

In Airbuses, the joysticks are between pilots legs.

The only restriction I'm aware of is from the CAT 2 APPROACH REVIEW part of the SOP where : For communication with ATC, PNF will use the switch from the Audio Control Panel or the microphone.
This to prevent an inadvertent AP disconnect by using the sidestick PTT.
But this does not prevent the PNF to have the hand on his sidestick.

Is that acompany procedure, or is it Airbus?
