Handling The Big Jets in PDF ?? anybody

Hello...........................

Can anyone direct me to a site that has a PDF copy of D. P. Davies excellent book, Handling the Big Jets in the above mentioned PDF format ??

I have the book, but takes up space in my crew bag and would like to have a download copy on my laptop.

:ok:

If you have a copy, then scan it yourself......:ok:

found it? I am looking for it now, would buy, but just bought ereader and dont want to carry the hardcopy book (which I dont have but could buy).. any link for ereader - electronic copy is priceless! Does anybody seen it in electronic format anyways?

FREDAcheck 17th Nov 2012 23:16

The OP says he/she has bought the book, but would like it in electronic format as well. That doesn't sound like piracy. In most countries it is not unlawful to have a copy for personal use of a copyright work for which you also have a lawful copy.

It would be piracy for ANYONE to post a copy to a public site.

Even if I scanned my own copy, how do I KNOW that the OP has already bought a copy?

Is the book still in print? I had it from the public library once.

Amazon UK seem to have it.

(though for some reason the link does not work).

I thought I understood it when I read it (being a hang glider pilot and fantasist).

Chances of a commercially-available PDF version in the immediate future are absolutely negatory. Sorry.

I'd like a pdf version as well

I bought the book new from Amazon, and was quite satisfied. However it would be a lot better to have it in a searchable, convenient, and durable digital format. That's really the way of the future, isn't it?
