I read somewhere that 747 have a average fuel usage 5,5 gallons (20 litres) per mile if it cruises at around 585 mph.

Todays jet fuel price is

How much could a such aircraft cost to operate included crew, inscurande and ground costs?

Depends on lease costs for the airplane and engines, and crew costs, and operator overhead...

On the order of $10-15K/hour...
