Does anyone have a PDF copy of the Jeppesen Supplementary text?

Introduction, Enroute, ATC, Meteorology, etc

Need it for the iPad.

Jepp sells the text you are looking for as part of the JeppFD app.

Just download Jeppesen Mobile Flight Deck, then you can input your company supplied serial number.. You will get all the charts plus the Jeppesen text pages.
