what are these abbreviation　mean？

I think you mean flight plan and not load sheet ?

Its extracts from a flight plan:

Aircraft typ/wake turb. cat. - Nav. equip./transponder type

I think the second line is departure time from Shanghai 1210z

Just a guess :-)

Okay lol.....as per Vesterbronx, think you are referring to portions of the short ICAO flight plan ??....
