New Look Airbus FCOM on iPad
 

I got the shiny new disk with the new FCOM format and have downloaded it to Goodreader which used to work well with the old format.

The new format, however is very clunky.

I have the start pdf and the data folder there with all the pdfs in it.

But to drill down to a specific chapter, I need to go down three layers - having to enter one before being able to select the next with the blue right arrow - and it's a pain in the #$%^.

Then when you've finished that chapter, you can't seem to back out of it. Rather you have to use the tabs. :*

I had thought of sacrificing 1 hour of my life and renaming all the 150 files and putting them in folders but that's pretty clunky.

Does anyone have any better apps?

I tried to use the new format as well but as you said it seems difficult to use on Ipad as is.
My only solution was to merge all the pdfs and recreate all the bookmark using "Autobookmark" plugin for Acrobat by Evermap.
Maybe quite difficult but I make it once or twice a year for my pilots and the result is adequate.
