ETOPS Contingency Scenario

In the general consideration of contingency scenarios, is anyone aware of particular aircraft where:

1. OEI is more limiting than any depressurised case?

2. OEI Depressurised is more limiting than AEO Depressurised?

3. Target airspeed is significantly different from LRC?

Thanks,

EDTO in my part of the world

3 The target speed is whatever your airline needs to meet diversion distance requirements. If you have no need of out to the limit 180 minutes then you could have LRC. If you are operating to the edge of what is available for 2 hours or 3 hours then a speed increase will increase the range distance available.

My current jet is All Engine de-pressurised as the critical ETP and my previous was one engine de-pressurised.
