767 Tail Skid Light

Should the amber TAIL SKID light in the gear lights cluster of the -300 illuminate during a normal retraction/extension? Boeing only says it is on when "the tail skid position disagrees with gear lever position". Or there is some "hidden" logic perhaps a time delay that prevents operation during a normal cycle.
Thanks,
b

Signal is inhibited by a 36 ± 4 seconds delay. :ok:

Many thanks ifixplanes! Just for clarification: does this time delay inhibit the light or the the EICAS advisory msg ("TAILSKID") or both?

The signal is inhibited to the light and to the EICAS computers -- so both ;)
