Where to find available enroute altitude?

Hi, gentleman :
Recent updated high/low altitude en-route chart (Jeppesen) doesn't show available en-route flight level, Beside asking ATC ,is there any place we can find them?
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

As far as I know, Jepp's philosophy is to strictly reproduce AIP data, no additional info given. Could it be, that the relevant AIP had been stripped of some information and the ENR only reflect that? Anyway, your Q is not very specific, are you looking for MAA, MEA or what exactly?

I'm confused. Are you looking for information about available levels or MINIMUM levels?
