А320 gears extended max FL
According to Limitations FL250 is max FL at which landing gear may be extended. Does it mean the max level for extension process (so we can fly higher after that) or for already gears extended?

I believe you can - if you are light enough to get there!!
In FCOM 2, Supp Techniques - Flight with Gear Down - Performance - there are figures for up to FL290. But an old wise Airbus training cpt once told me that if you were rostered for a flight with the gear down - 'Go Sick'!! Cheers mcdhu |
25.000 ft is a limitation for LDG gear operation (extension/retraction): my guess here is that an higher altitude would adversely affect the working of actuators, a lead might be the unpressurized landing gear bay.

"maximum altitude at which L/G can be extended" is 25,000 ft. So there is no altitude limitation for flying with gear extended nor to retract.
Also, L/G operating has only KIAS limitations, not Mach. So, theoretically, you can climb with L/G down to whatever altitude provided you do not exceed 280/.67, and even retract it provided KIAS is below 220. theoretically |
