Well, in my copy of the Airbus FCOM 1 (tech manual) the warnings and cautions sections at the end of each chapter specify phase 4 as between 80 kts and lift off, so this would appear to be the speed at which many lesser warnings are inhibited, hence above 80 kts you only going to hear about the big stuff.

No idea where 100 kts comes from from Airbus, but then I work at 'Big'.

I have to correct myself. On BOEING it's still 80kt per SOP.
