Fuel conservation speed/profile on CRJ200

What, if any, fuel conservation policies are being followed by CRJ200 operators around the world? Have you slowed down to long range cruise or selected other speeds that are maybe specific to sector lengths, etc?

Some input would be greatly appreciated.

Either/or IAS/FPM, which is controlling?

Which would you sacrifice to maintain the other? Does your aircraft have a climb schedule published? If so I doubt it will be a based on a FPM climb rate but on an IAS in knots before transitioning to a Mach number, usually somewhere in the upper twenties. See Pinnacle flight 3701 and American Eagle flight 3008.
