NG Tyre speeds -Hot and High ?

Hi , anybody out there from KQ or SAA can enlighten me on tyre speeds on an -800 , and how restrictive are they on their ops out of NBO and Joburg ?
Ours are 195 kts -does not appear to be enough , can you get higher rating tyres ie 220-225 kts ?
Appreciated

are you sure it's 195? kt or MPH?

I remember I had flown ones with 225 MPH,,

Yep , our manual says 220mph (circa 195 kts ! ).
Still hoping.

 the only thing that comes to my mind where i would need those speeds is maybe an all flaps up landing. we use the B378W up to 78t and i quite frankly admit: i have no idea of any limiting speed and it's also not in any of our books.....
