Cessna Caravan.

I noticed on the airspeed indicator on the Cessna Caravan, it has no Vno (yellow arc), It goes directly to VNE (redarc). Or is the VNE, actually VMO?. But why there are no yellow arc.

TCDS indicates Vmo ...

.. worth a quick read of the relevant FAR 23.1505(c)
