A320 static wicks

Really appreciate any answer to the following:

How many static dischargers are on each trailing edge wing, and the elevator/THS?

How many are legally required for flight if any missing?

12 on each wing (1 on each flap canoe, 5 near the winglet and 4 on the winglet itself) ;)

The minimum required would be a CDL (flyboyike. :ok:) issue, I assume.

Actually, it would be a CDL issue, not MEL.
