Convert A320 to A330/340, how?

What is required to convert from an A320 to an A330 or A340?

Time-waster!

500 hours on a 320, in real-life. Then a CCQ theory course, exam, sim, LPC/OPC, base-training (unless ZFT), and line training. All info readily available from Airbus online, so why not research rather than post such questions first. (Kinda lazy, more effort required to make the A330/340):=

once you have enough experience on the 20 and as and when your company sees it fit for you to upgrade , you undergo a CCQ course on the 30 / 40 3 days ground school , exam is the same as a normal type !!!! 3 days FFS plus one check , after that its Low Viz + ZZFT go back as per your company requirements plus LOFT and one line check later voila . . . . you can fly the slugs :ok:

The Airbus suggested minimum for a CCQ is 500 hours. However, it depends on the training organisation. My company (an Airbus TRTO) require 1000hrs.
