Canadian ETOPS alternate airport Wx rules?

Are the Canadian ETOPS alternate airport Wx rules similar to FAR or JAR or do they have their own ones? Could somebody also provide me a link if available?

Canadians have their own rules for everything. Would you believe they once refused to serve me a ham-and-cheese until I called it cheese-and-ham? Unbelievable.
