A330 and A340 Instructors guides

Can anyone please help me with copies of the A330 and A340 instructors support guides. I would really like to get hold of copies as I think there is a lot of useful gen. in them that we should have and are not always given.

Thanks for the reply spanner. I am an instructor and we are not even given them! We only have an in house instructors guide but the manufacturers guide has a lot more extra useful gen from what I have seen.

It's been replaced by the Flight Crew Training Manual.
