Remark in a METAR needs decsifering

Hi All,

Can anyone explain to me the meaning of the Remark at the end of the following METAR?

2005/01/24 11:00

UMMS 241100Z 07001MPS 010V110 4200 BR OVC004 M03/M04 Q1011 31820345 NOSIG RMK QBB120

From memory QBB is cloud base. In this instance QBB120, it could be in metres 120m approx equates to 400ft - the METAR says OVC004.
