No, its not. The props is to the rear on one and in the front of the engine on the other!

Yes, it's the CBA123 developed as a jv between Embraer and FMA (Argentina) in the 1980s as a 19 seat successor to the Bandit. Great performance: 300kt+ cruise etc but ridiculously expensive for a 19 seater so was shelved with only a handful built.

Must have had different engines, as one has round and the other square/oval engine intakes?
Also one is 6 bladed and the other 5 bladed. |
The undercarriage is different, too. The mystery aircraft clearly has a single mainwheel on each leg, whereas the Embraer has twin mainwheels (confirmed here).
