Atlanta and Houston departures-Speed?

Departing IAH, the departure speed is not capped at 250 kts. Departing ATL, the note says to accelerate to 250 kts. ASAP.

Does your company modify your departure profile at these stations? Or do you fly the standard noise abatement climb, and then accelerate without delay to the stated speeds?

Not your personal opinion, please, but rather your company's policy. Thanks.

No change to departure procedures out of IAH, accelerate ASAP.

In my company's 737's we utilize a noise abatement procedure that calls for a climb at 210 knots until reaching 3000 ft AGL. At ATL we would go ahead and accelerate to 250 knots at 1000 ft AGL. Our MD-80's have such high zero flap maneuvering speeds, we just accelerate to 250 right away.
