Antalya AIP, new taxiways

Does anyone have access to the Turkish AIP?
Antalya has put taxiways L1 and W into operation, but the charts do not show them yet.
Apparently they will be published beginning of December.

You need to register but it looks free. But if the new info is not published it won't be in the AIP.

If you speak to them, maybe you could explain what AIRAC is.

It’s not in the AIP yet. But aircraft taxi on these taxiways as I type.
Found L1 to be an extension of L southbound until apron 2.
Anyone have a clue where taxiway W would be? Lütfen?

Not good. They really shouldn't be used until the detail is published in AIP or Notamed otherwise how are pilots supposed to know where they are on the airfield without a valid chart. Poor safety management.

Yes there's a Notam but it doesn't describe where the taxiways are, nor does it give coordinates.
L1 is extending L southbound straight ahead until it hits apron 2, but still no clue where W would be.

For some reason, they opened early. The relevant documents had been published and sent out well in time beforehand, so NOTAM is in place to warn pilots of the "unscheduled operation".

safelife: this should have been the charting provider's responsibility, not Anvaldras's - is that what you mean? Who do you use?

Neither Lido nor Jeppesen had the taxiways on their charts.
And the Turkish AIP has published them only now for the next AIRAC cycle.
Yes there was a NOTAM, but it didn't give the location of the taxiways, just said they were there.
A safety investigation is being run in my outfit now over this.

I can tell you where is the W taxy way. it's between apron 2 and apron 3, west of ARFF building and EAST of TOWER. Note that now there's 2 taxiways that connects Apron 2 to 3.. One is Z now the other is W. W is on the EAST of Z. i hope that's clear.
