A320 NEO

Recently flown a couple of pax sectors in the new A320N, BA. Both sectors delayed disembarking, crew said the rear Holds had to be unloaded before pax off loaded in case aircraft tipped on its tail!! Only 5 mins or so at LHR but 10+ mins at LIS due remote Stand and late loader arrival. Is this a NEO peculiarly or just BA? The 747F I flew had a portable tail stand on board, perhaps a Company suggestion memo to avoid delays!!

LH has the same problems on it's NEO Fleet. But I think they choose to keep the forward freight compartments loaded until all Pax have disembarked.
