When there is runway with multiple RVR measurements the required RVR shall
be:
1. For 2 (two)measurements:
First part as per landing minima;
End of runway as per takeoff minima.
2. For 3 (three) measurements (usually when runway is more than 2000m length):
First part as per landing minima;
Middle part as per take off minima;
End of runway should be taken into account for information.
Then of course you have to account for runway lighting facilities.

ANyway yes you're partially right..I was tired and I wrote what stated in my OM ( just for few more days...LOL)...anyway is a JAA/Easa Operator...

OPS 1.405 Commencement and continuation of approach
(f) The touch-down zone RVR is always controlling. If reported and relevant, the mid point and stop end RVR are also controlling. The minimum RVR value for the mid-point is 125 m or the RVR required for the touch-down zone if less, and 75 m for the stop-end. For aeroplanes equipped with a roll-out guidance or control system, the minimum RVR value for the mid-point is 75 m.
Note: “Relevant”, in this context, means that part of the runway used during the high speed phase of the landing down to a speed of approximately 60 knots.

Again I coudn't find nothing that relate RVR for APP with RVR require for TO !
If in CAT I the reported RVR are 600/200/200 what is the problem? I can go, also if my RVR require for TO is 400 !
I'm missing something ?

So I have concluded,
The regulations allow 550/125/75, our OMA states the same so that is what I will apply and train in the future.
