Tail Pipe fire. Not memory item but should the pilot know what to do, anyway?
1. Get some air.
2. Spin the offending engine.
3. Ensure the fuel cocks/pumps and ignitors are off.
Write up the misdemeanor in the Tech Log...and then go drink some beer as usual...

There's one item on the Boeing checklist that on one has mentioned yet. Would it get forgotten during a real event?
