Thats why it should be done properly, like 99.99% of the people do.

Amazing stuff GSLOC really.
Would you have a link for the full report in english ?
Do we know how many takeoff each pilot had previously on the Yak42 ?

Hi CONF iture,
No wonder my SOP and FCTM don't address the subject ... blamed if you do and blamed if you don't.
You'd think that with 2 pilots and 2 pairs of interconnected rudder bars, that it wouldn't be beyond the wit of man to keep your feet off the brakes whilst accelerating, and to be able to apply rudder and move one pair of feet onto the brake pedals when stopping.

But apparently, it is beyond some crews.
