Recommend a Aviation Oximeter?

Can anyone recommend a good finger pulse oximeter to use for high altitude flying in an unpressurised aircraft whilst on oxygen.

There are ones at £30, and there are ones at £150. But i need something that I can wear for say 5 hours at a time.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Send a PM to fellow Ppruner ForkTailedDrKiller as he uses one while flying a Bonanza. He should steer you right.
