Airbus's AIRMAN, Boeing's AHM.....what ELSE?

Just wondering if anybody knows of any other software applications out there that are designed as troubleshooting aids, harvesting ACARS fault message transmissions. With trending, reports etc.

I've used both AHM and AIRMAN and found both to be wanting - just wondering if theres anything more flexible and user friendly out there
