A330 engine choices on performance

According to some AFM infos i got in hand i can get these results.
SAS A333 manual= 2800M MTOW (233T) SL 15C RR 72000lb
China Airlines A333 manual= 2750M MTOW (230T) SL 25C 72000lb
TCX/MYT A333 manual= 3200M MTOW (230T) SL 15C thrust?!?!?

So in addition to much logner RWY requirements, does MYT/TCX
use lower thrustplants to their A330? By choosing the lower thrust
engine the price for the engine is the same...BUT!... The maintenance
costs will be much lower. So could MYT/TCX have choosened lower
thrust cause of money???
