Ryanair "technical interview"

Hi everybody,

Don't really know where to post this so let me know if I'm wrong here.

I am a Dutch B737-300 captain and I just got an invitation to a Ryanair interview followed by a "technical interview"in London Stansted soon. Does any anybody have any recent, useful information about this technical interview?
