jeppesen customer service
I find a lot of negative posts on this forum about companys that get things wrong so just for a change a post about a company that gets things right.
A few weeks back my Jeppesen airway manual updates stopped for no apparent reason , two quick emails to Jeppesen find that there is some misunderstanding over subscription renewal dates and it is under investigation. Today a whole new manual turns up via fedex so I have no updates to do , just put the pages in the binder !. As for the subscription payment I have yet to find out what has happend I assume that they are still investigating it but for service like this I will be more than happy to pay. |
On the other hand.......
If they could somehow manage to take out all of the old plates when they insert new ones so that I don't keep finding doubled-up sets I'll be happy too. |
Jeppesen customer service is a far cry from what it was ten + years ago....they used to be "the best", now I wonder.....:(
