Help in identifying an aircraft

I'm hoping some more knowledgeable folks can help me identify an aircraft I flew on.
A few years ago (2003) I took a flight with Delta airlines (although probably a subsidiary of theirs) from KATL to KROA on a relatively small commuter jet. There was approximately 10-12 rows of seats in a 2+1 layout. ie looking forward towards the cockpit there were 2 seats on the left of the aisle and 1 on the right.

Having flown many "commuter" flights in North America since I've not been on a plane with the same seating arrangement. Almost all are 2+2 seating, or the E145 which is 1+2.
Does anybody have any idea what type of jet this was? As far as my memory serves, it was definitely a jet and not a turboprop.

Atlantic Coast Airlines once operated Dornier 328Jet for Delta in 2+1 configuration.

Thanks, I'm pretty sure that was it.
