Shoulder harness release

Hello. little question.

I've made some flights in different cockpits (320 - Ejet190) and I've got the following questions.

When turning the buckle to release the harness, I always release the lateral buckle. Is there a way to release only the harness ?

thank you for your answer

On some harnesses there's a small protruding plate or flange on top of the "buckle", positioned just behind the slots where you plug in the shoulder straps. Pushing the plate forward should release the shoulder straps...

Just as Wiggy says, there is a small button on the top of the harness buckle just behind where the shoulder straps fit in.

You push forward to release the shoulder harness, but you keep the lap and crotch belt intact.
