It has come to my notice that there is a person posting under the name of "Hugmonster" (with lower-case "m") on another bulleting board.

If anyone is wondering, this is not me, and I have written to the owners of that board asking for his postings to be removed and for him to be banned.

How can we be sure? :) :)

Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, but I too have been impersonated on the same board. I have contacted their administrators to appraise them of that situation.

Who, I have the right not to be impersonated. There is, as far as I am aware, nobody (apart from this instance for which all evidence points to you) using the name HugMonster. If someone starts using that name on another Aviation BB, it's fairly certain that they are trying to pass themselves off as me. That Vauxhall Cross should have the same problem makes it a virtual certainty.

I would suggest to you that you disappear for a while. VC has some friends who can be very persistent and have an awful lot of toys to help them do their job. If he were minded to do so, it would not take him long to find you. The subsequent conversation would not be very enjoyable for you.

Now, my friends are less subtle. :)

As far as your vendetta against The Guvnor is concerned, I would suggest that you make all information you have available so that we can judge. Make your own identity available as well and defend what you allege in the most suitable legal forum. Otherwise, shut up and stop bothering us.
