Dublin Issues
Hi
saw an Air Tanzania 737-200 take off from 16 in Dublin this morning, anyone know why it was there? I'm guessing it was a visitor in SR Tech ... but just asking. Cheers JAS |
I belive it was on delivery through Dublin.

Thanks Clipper!

Air Baltic Dublin
Just seen fire crews et al following 737 300 to stand, anyone any clues ?
|
An emergency of some type!?!?!
|
As it hasn't hit the news, yet I'd say thats a big "clue" that maybe, now just maybe,it was a minor problem and the fire crew were just streching their legs as a precaution.

Fuelling with pax on board??
|
No transit pax travelling from Riga, via Dublin, to Riga!
Perhaps if Andrew M Charlton had continued 'seeing' then he would have established the reason and saved us the bother :) |
Phileas, just reporting what I saw out of the window, don't suppose my EI flight would be able to just hang around pending resolution just to satisfy your thirst for no report or the full report in one go.
:ugh: Given that this is a rumour neto=work if you're looking for the whole story perhaps you might like to cut and paste a similar response to everyone initiating a posting that doesn't give the complete story ? |
Construction worker killed
Reports of a fatal accident at Dublin Airport apron.
A construction worker was killed on the apron of the airport this morning after 9am. The accident happened on the construction area near the HQ of the DAA. Link to RTE here http://www.rte.ie/news/2008/0227/airport.html Thoughts to the workers family. |
When I walked by the accident site I could see a a piece of heavy equipment on it's side, looked like a heavy lifter of some description.
Condolences to all concerned. |
My prayers are with the family! :(
