FlyBe 146 Problem?

Noticed G-JEBF at BFS yesterday being chased down runway by four fire Tenders. Parked ok but was surrounded by the Tenders all at action stations.

Anyone any Idea what was going on? Main landing lights seemed to be flashing on off but nothing else visibly out of place.

Yes!

G-JEBF diverted into BFS from BHD due to a Hydraulic Problems. Flight Deck decided to diverted to BFS for its longer runway.

A/C night-stopped and was still at BFS at 08:30 with no sign of it going anywhere fast.

That might explain why a 146 positioned into BHD this afternoon from Southend, and due to return again this evening.
